We ship to the US 🇺🇸 and UK 🇬🇧 — that's where we focus, so we can actually guarantee tracking and support.

⏱️ Processing time: 1–3 business days to pack and ship your order.

🚚 Delivery time (after processing):

• 🇺🇸 US: 7–15 business days
• 🇬🇧 UK: 7–15 business days

We work with international suppliers, so it's not next-day delivery — but you're getting solid pet toys at a price that makes sense, and every order is tracked so you always know where it's at.

😬 Delays happen. Customs, weather, holidays — sometimes it's out of our hands. If your order hasn't moved in 20+ business days, email us at support@littlewingsshop.store, and we'll dig into it. If it's confirmed lost or stuck way past the window, we'll sort you out with a reship or refund — no hoops to jump through.

📬 Tracking: You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Don't see it in a couple days? Check spam before you panic 🙃
